Technology
When you need help, time is critical. The sooner help arrives the better the outcome. FlawlessConnect was developed by us to provide rapid and assured emergency/help calls. It is only available from us or our authorised partners. We use advanced VoIP and iPBX technology as well as the incredible What3Words positioning system for the fastest and most assured call connection and location tracking when a life is at risk. Avoiding the Voice Mail Trap
Our wristband is not fooled by voicemail. It will keep calling your emergency contacts until a human answers.
Call All, Connect To First
Your wristband can make multiple outgoing calls to emergency contacts and connect you to the first to answer saving valuable time.
Fraud & Scam Call Protection
We stop scam, fraud and telesales calls to your Call4Care wristband by allowing a whitelist of allowed numbers only.
What3Words Exact Location
We have partnered with the amazing What3Words location system that pinpoints your location within 3 meters telling emergency services and family exactly where you are within seconds of your SOS call.

When you make an SOS call to your family and friends, they can quickly bring in any emergency services or other contacts keeping everyone on a 3-way call to give comfort and assurance at a time of distress.

By early 2024, every Call4Care wristband will have two options on how it can be monitored. Today, our wristbands are family and friends-monitored but soon you will be able to upgrade to 24/7 monitoring from the Family and Friends Plan.
Family & Friends
Our FlawlessConnectTM technology gets you rapidly connected to a member of your family and friends group. You simply enter your list of contacts when you register the wristband. Your family and friends will get a notification they are part of your support group and will receive information on how to get the best out of the system including downloading the free Family & Friends app.
24/7 Monitoring (from early 2024)
With busy lifestyles, family and friends may not always answer a call as fast as you would like. Because of this, we will have our 24/7 monitoring centres available to rapidly answer emergency/help calls and deal with the necessary actions according to your preferences. Simply select that option when you register your wristband. Our monitoring centre staff are friendly and professionally trained to deal with a wide range of emergency/help situations including bringing in emergency services and contacting your loved ones.
Our Free Family & Friends App
Whether you are 24/7 monitored or assisted by family and friends, it’s important to keep loved ones informed that you are safe and well or if you have had an emergency. Our Family & Friends App is compatible with Android and Apple iOS and can be downloaded by any person you give permission to. They can see important information such as:
– Your current exact location and recent travel history.
– Your wristband status including battery level, worn status, signal strength & signal quality.
– Any recent emergency events such as help calls or falls.
– Notifications such as low battery or wristband removed.
– If you have wandered out of a Perimeter Safe Zone.
FlawlessConnectTM also has a number of optional helpful health readings that can help family and friends check you are OK:
– Blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen readings
– Body temperature
– Step count and sedentary check to see if you’ve you been inactive for too long
